🕒 Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM and 9:00AM- 5:30 PM on alternating shifts, Full-Time

Act as the first point of contact for customer queries (phone, email, and chat).

Quickly triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.

Escalate complex queries clearly and efficiently to our technical teams.

Keep detailed records and proactively share customer feedback.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) in English.

Strong problem-solving abilities and quick-thinking approach.

Tech-savvy mindset; experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira) is a bonus.
