✨ We’re looking for a Risk & Compliance Associate

📍 Northampton | 🕐 Part‑time (25 hrs, Mon–Fri, school hours) | 💰 £23,000 (£35,000 FTE) + £1,500 bonus

At Postworks, we like to sleep well at night, knowing our risks are managed, our standards are met, and our team is supported. We’re looking for someone organised, calm and detail‑obsessed to help keep our registers tidy, our audits on track and our compliance game strong.

What you’ll do

• Keep our risk & compliance registers neat and up to date

• Support audits (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and more)

• Help track health & safety, ESG and AML actions

• Maintain GDPR logs and privacy records

• Stay on top of policies, reviews, and all the small-but-important details

What we’re looking for

• You’ve worked with regulations before and don’t scare easily at acronyms (ISO, AML, GDPR) 

• An AML wizz is a must for us

• You’re super‑organised and can keep sensitive info safe

• You love a process and spot improvements naturally

• You’re proactive, collaborative, and up for learning new things
