🧪 We’re hiring: QA Engineer (Mid–Senior)

As we continue growing, we’re looking for someone brilliant to join our QA team in Sofia. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our applications are solid, smooth and ready to scale. If you're a mid-to-senior QA with a keen eye and a passion for process, read on.

🔍 What you’ll be doing

• Verifying our application ecosystem against user requirements by thoroughly testing various features and functionalities

• Validating backend API requests

• Designing, writing and executing manual tests using Zephyr

• Documenting and reporting bugs, glitches, and other issues using clear and concise descriptions

• Analysing requirements and preparing test case scenarios

• Validating new features and fixed defects

• Performing regression testing before release

• Reporting, validating and managing defects using Jira

• Engaging in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies to drive efficiency and collaboration

• Collaborating with developers, product managers and other team members to identify and address issues

• Investigating and analysing support requests to replicate and diagnose reported problems

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices

✅ What we’re looking for

• Strong analytical thinking, good problem-solving skills, and attention to detail

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Experience in API testing

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and basic testing methodologies

• A team-oriented, proactive, and organised approach

• Proficiency in written English communication

• Self-learning abilities and high motivation

• Fast learning and good knowledge absorption skills

• Ability to react quickly and switch between multiple tasks efficiently

🌟 Bonus points for (but not required)

• A relevant degree in computer science or a QA course diploma

• Experience in querying databases – especially Microsoft SQL
