We’re growing, and we’re looking for a UI and UX Designer to join our team in our Bulgarian office.

The role

You’ll design clear, intuitive experiences for products used by thousands of people every day. You’ll work closely with product managers and engineers, shaping how our software looks, feels and works.

This is a hands on role with real ownership and plenty of room to influence our design direction.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and evolving our visual and product design

  • Designing clear, user friendly interfaces and experiences

  • Turning complex ideas into simple, usable solutions

  • Creating and maintaining style guides and design systems

  • Building user flows, journey maps and prototypes

  • Running and applying user research

  • Working closely with product and engineering teams

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years’ experience in UI and UX design

  • Strong Figma skills and experience with design systems

  • A good understanding of responsive design

  • Experience with user research and user centred design

  • A strong portfolio of UI and UX work

  • Very good English and fluent Bulgarian

Nice to have

  • A relevant design degree

  • Some understanding of front end development
